Tiers 1 & 2 Project Management & Specialist Nuclear Resources
Providing experienced and qualified project management services to Tiers 1 & 2 customers. Projects are by definition, unique and time limited. The RG Nuclear task is to create, sustain and motivate a temporary team to deliver the customers objectives and on completion hand over. Fundamentally RG Nuclear delivers successful project management though:

Nuclear Defence
RG Nuclear provides specialist project management for engineering, procurement and construction projects to the value of £100M for the MoD’s national strategic nuclear deterrent. RG Nuclear can assist your company in its expansion within the defence sector.
Nuclear Decommissioning & Radioactive Waste Projects
RG Nuclear have specific first hand experience in removing Fuel Element Debris from nuclear power stations. We can help to demolish the plant and facilities and restore the site to an agreed end-state ready for a new form of use.

Tender Support, Bids and Assessments
RG Nuclear offers a comprehensive tender support and assessments to contractors tendering or seeking to enter into a contract. We have a depth of experience to review the contract terms and identify not only the contractual obligations but we can also highlight amendments to standard form conditions where these adjust the balance of risk.
We recognise that tendering involves short term, high intensity input and that the right people are not always immediately available within client operations.
