Rob Goodwill
Managing Director
Rob Goodwill is the founder of RG Nuclear with 22 years of managing nuclear decommissioning projects and nuclear defence experience. With broad training and experience, Rob has a background starting from a Technical Apprenticeship through the ONC/HNC and a B.Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems.
Rob was integral in part of the D154 project at Devonport royal dockyard from which he gained his first nuclear defence experience, he then moved into nuclear decommissioning projects with British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL) Ltd in 2002, where he obtained being a member of the Association of Project Management (APM) and Chartered Engineering Status whilst managing team/s and contractors to deliver complex nuclear decommissioning in various parts of the UK & Europe.
He established his independent business in 2007 which has continued to have great successes within defence and nuclear decommissioning, by delivering projects from concept to handover through forming the right delivery team alongside key associates to deliver the right solution for each unique customer.

Martin Cain
Associate
Martin Cain brings a wealth of senior management experience across a variety of industries to the business. Martin is a result’s orientated and commercially astute individual with strong planning, organising, and monitoring capabilities. Following more than 20 years as a Managing Director, including 4 years as the MD of a specialist door manufacturer servicing in the Nuclear industry – both defence and civil.
Martin has built upon his experience in the nuclear industry and 5 years ago, he set up his own company MDC Nuclear specialising in providing services to the nuclear industry, both civil and defence.
With similar interests to RG Nuclear, MDC Nuclear provides a range of management services including manufacturing, design, and construction.

Nicola Dart
Associate
Nicola Dart has 12 years specialist security operational management experience across Airport, Rail, Nuclear and MOD Defence projects with specific security operational knowledge and experience working within highly regulated security environments.
With supply chain, stakeholder and programme management experience and through intelligent security and industrial relations leadership roles, Nicola provides a range of security operational management including trainer status for delivering Behavioural Management programmes. As a result of her knowledge and success, Nicola has set up her own company Absolute Performance Management specialising in providing services to the nuclear & defence industries.
Nicola has impressive capability, work ethic and is passionate about projects creating an environment where individuals and teams can be successful through collaboration, improving productivity, influential in quality and reducing costs.
